Offer terms for the 10-10-10 anniversary offer
Renoco has been in business for 10 years and is celebrating for 10 days with a 10% anniversary discount. These offer terms apply to the 10-10-10 anniversary offer of Renoco B.V., Economiestraat 1A, 6135 KV Sittard.
1. Offer period
The offer runs from Saturday 10 October 2026 up to and including Monday 19 October 2026.
2. When does your order qualify?
A new order qualifies for the 10-10-10 anniversary offer if it is definitively concluded during the offer period. The decisive date is the date on which the customer signs a valid quotation or order, or gives final approval of it.
A quotation that was issued before the offer period and is still valid at the time of approval may take part in the anniversary offer, subject to article 3 of these offer terms.
A quotation whose period of validity has expired can no longer be accepted. Any discounts, offers, price agreements, free options or other promotional benefits included in that quotation also lapse when the period of validity of that quotation expires. In that case Renoco may issue a new quotation based on the prices and offer terms applicable at that time.
Orders that were already definitively concluded before 10 October 2026 are not covered by the anniversary offer. Cancelling or amending an order that has already been concluded, or having it drawn up again, does not confer a right to take part in the anniversary offer.
An order concluded after 19 October 2026 does not qualify, even if the quotation was issued during the offer period.
3. 10% anniversary discount and other offers
On a valid order that meets the terms of this anniversary offer, the customer receives a 10% anniversary discount.
The 10-10-10 anniversary offer cannot be combined with other offers, earlier promotional offers, promotional discounts, discount coupons, vouchers, cashback offers, free products or options, special promotional prices or other promotional benefits from Renoco.
If another offer or another promotional benefit already applies to a quotation that is still valid, the customer may choose between:
the terms and benefits of the original offer; or
participation in the 10-10-10 anniversary offer.
Promotional benefits are never added together. If the customer opts for the 10-10-10 anniversary offer, any benefits from an earlier offer lapse in full.
An expired offer, expired special offer or expired quotation cannot be brought back into force by placing an order during the 10-10-10 anniversary offer.
Participation in the Wheel of Fortune referred to in article 4 and the draw for the purchase amount referred to in article 5 form part of the 10-10-10 anniversary offer and may, however, be combined with the 10% anniversary discount.
4. Wheel of Fortune
Every customer who, during the offer period, concludes a valid order that meets these offer terms may spin the Wheel of Fortune once. There is always a prize.
The Wheel of Fortune may be spun no more than once per customer and per order.
5. Your purchase amount back
After the offer has ended, Renoco will draw one winner from all valid orders concluded under the 10-10-10 anniversary offer during the offer period.
Each valid order counts once. Orders that are cancelled or dissolved are not included in the draw.
The winner will be refunded the purchase amount actually owed for the order concerned, after deduction of the anniversary discount and any other set-offs, up to a maximum of €10,000.
If the purchase amount exceeds €10,000, the maximum refund is €10,000.
Artificially splitting a single purchase or project into several orders does not confer a right to more than one entry in the draw.
6. Other provisions
In addition, Renoco's General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.
In situations not provided for in these offer terms, Renoco will assess how the offer terms are to be applied to the situation concerned, with due observance of the applicable laws and regulations.
